 Spring is the season during which the natural world revives and reinvigorates after the colder winter months. During spring, dormant plants begin to grow again, new seedlings sprout out of the ground and hibernating animals awake. This is a time of re-birth and awakening to unlimited potential. Spiritual direction can be taken from the rhythm and the ebb and flow of the natural world around us. It's important to spend time in nature and disconnect from our daily routines and loose ourselves in the natural world, if only for a little while. Just like the flowers that are beginning to grow and climb towards the sky, we have everything we need to nourish and encourage our growth.
