A Paranormal Evening at the Frelinghuysen Mansion is going to be an event you don't want to miss. The Mansion was built in 1891 by George Griswold Frelinghuysen, President of Ballantine Brewing Company, and his wife, Sarah Ballantine. Lead by New Jersey Paranormal Project, join us to see what exciting paranormal activities await! This past weekend on a walk, I passed a very cute small home with a gorgeous garden. The Spring air still had a cold chill but there was a promise of spring to come. Birds were singing and if you looked close at the flowerbeds, you would notice the lilies and crocus peering out. We are in the changing of the seasons and if we are still, we can be quite observers to the change that will be taking place. As I admired this garden, I saw a familiar face staring back at me. The Green Man is primarily interpreted as a symbol of rebirth and renewal. Representing the cycle of new growth and new beginnings. Just like in nature, we are reminded that we can start anew and shed the past. Let's embrace the changing of the season and plant seeds that we want to see come to fruition. |
